Thank you for participating in this survey of CDC Public Health Law News readers. The CDC Public Health Law Program has published the News since 2003. It now reaches over 11,500 readers in more than 30 countries every month.


The purposes of this survey are: to learn more about who reads the News, how readers use it to advance their goals, and how we can improve the News to be of the greatest possible value to readers. The survey is also designed to gauge the value readers place on Internet-based resources in public health and law. The News is one component of the CDC Public Health Emergency Legal Preparedness Clearinghouse, which also comprises the CDC Public Health Law Program Website.

This 25 question survey will take approximately 12 minutes to complete. The data you provide will be treated in a secure manner and will not be disclosed, unless otherwise compelled by law.
