The instruction for VA Forms 10-10-10EZ and 10-10EZR were revised to include income information on service-connected veterans rated 50 percent or higher requesting a waiver of their beneficiary travel deductible. Previously, VA did not collect income information from this group of veterans. The adjustment to the burden hour is due to an increase of these individuals completing the form. VA requested public comments through Federal Register notices 72FR40096 and 73FR36796. VA projects an adjustment of +3,180 hours due to an anticipated fluctuation in the number of individuals submitting forms.
