Dr. Maryam Daneshvar,

I have reviewed the applicable sections contained in the subject notice and fully concur with: a) the information collection methodology as outlined; and b) the time factor estimate needed to collect the information is indeed accurate.  I do not believe the data collection process itself presents a “burden” on the respondent.  Does the information have practical utility?  Absolutely!  I do not see how APHIS/CDC Form 1-5 can be made more “user friendly”.  To me, it’s clear, concise, and objective.   I do not believe that finding an easier way though Information Technology is the right path, based on the fact the current process works fine.
