Justification of 83-C Submission Affecting the Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage Collection Instrument
The Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage (DENC) form instructions refer to a bullet in the DENC that does not exist. We propose to remove reference to bullet #1 and the accompanying guidance from page two of the form instructions. The accompanying guidance incorrectly states that this form can be used for coverage limitations. References to bullets #2 through #4 on page two of the form instructions will become references to bullets #1 through #3 with no changes to their accompanying guidance. This change in no way results in changing the purpose or parameters for using the DENC. This is a technical change only, making the DENC form instructions consistent with the DENC.
