1513-0125 JUSTIFICATION (11/30/07)

This form needed to be corrected so we took this opportunity to make the form easier to respond to. We started correcting the form by deleting the space for the Surety’s witnesses; then we made the print and areas for responses larger. We deleted the space for Principal/Obligor’s initials and date at the bottom of the form but added a space for their name and date at the top of the form. We left a space for initials and date on the page for the terms of the bond. We changed the format of the terms of the bond. Finally, we made necessary grammatical corrections. We believe that these changes made this form easier to complete.
