Miscellaneous Actions
The burden adjustments in Regulations E, CC, and DD are due primarily to a decrease in the number of FDIC-supervised institutions. The burden increase for Regulations E, sections 205.9 and 205.16c are one-time burdens for those institutions that elect to reprogram and update their systems to provide the new disclosure or take advantage of the new exemption for EFTs of $15 or less from the requirement to provide a terminal receipt.
