Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with the following as agreed to by FNS (memo dated 02/20/2009): (page B-13)The incentive for participation in cognitive interviews will be changed from $50 to $40 in order to be consistent with federal agency incentive standards. A pilot test will be conducted with fewer than nine participants. If any substantive changes are made to the instrument or burden estimates are revised as a result of the pilot, the agency will submit a revised package for OMB approval. Page 11 of the participant survey will be revised to place the existing ethnicity question before the existing race question.
