The Commission has revised this
information collection (IC) to include four other ICs in Part 101
into this one comprehensive collection. The various rule sections
in Part 101 govern reporting and third party disclosure and
notification requirements required by Multichannel Video
Distribution and Data Services (MVDDS) licensees and Direct
Broadcast Service (DBS) licensees. Upon OMB approval, the
Commission will discontinue OMB Control Numbers 3060-1023,
3060-1024, 3060-1025 and 3060-1026 and retain OMB Control Number
3060-1022 as the active number in OMB's inventory.
The reason for the +10,133
hourly increase is due to the consolidation of four other
information collections into this one comprehensive IC. The burden
hours and costs have all been combined into this collection
resulting in an adjustment increase in costs (+$5,300) and the
hourly increase referenced above. See abstract above.
