approved collection (1010-0114)
This submission requests an adjustment change. As of December 1, 2008, the final rule for 30 CFR 250 became effective (73 FR 64541, October 30, 2008). The rule collection (1010-0168, expiration October 31, 2011) consists of burden hours relating to 30 CFR 250 subparts A, I, and J (50,287 total hours). The MMS is, therefore, consolidating the burden hours (500) for 30 CFR 250, subpart A, into the primary collection for subpart A, OMB Control Number 1010-0114 (expiration November 30, 2010). The remaining 49,787 hours are being consolidated into their respective subparts, subpart I, 1010-0149 (expiration June 30, 2011) and J, 1010-0050 (expiration March 3l, 2009). After OMB approves the consolidations, MMS will discontinue 1010-0168.
