Abstract: This information is required by Section 17 of the Public Law 102-477, Indian Employment, Training and Related Services Demonstration Act of 1992. The Secretary is required to develop, maintain, and publish, not less than biennially, a report on the population by gender, income level, age, service area, and availability to work. Response to this collection is required to evaluate BIA compliance with the public law.
