The Proposed PS-17 and Procedure 4 represent a Program Change that would require generating additional records beyond what is already required under existing regulations promulgated under Sections 111 and 112 of the Clean Air Act and codified in 40 CFR parts 60, 61, and 63. The change in burden would result from the generation and storage of these additional records. These additional records are needed for ensuring that affected continuous parameter monitoring systems are properly operated and maintained and are measuring and recording good quality data on a continuous basis.
