2009 AHS Disability Questions


For the 2009, we will add a module of disability questions to the AHS. The questions are as follows:


With this next set of questions, we want to learn about people who have physical, mental or emotional conditions that cause serious difficulty with their daily activities. [Though different, these questions may sound similar to ones I asked earlier.] (DSB0_DSBINTRO)
