ADDENDUM TO AD-245 TO CERTIFY TO RECONCILIATION
OF PAYMENT
This form is an addendum to the Emergency
Conservation Program (ECP) AD-245 between the Farm Service Agency and
producers. This form provides information concerning reconciliation
of ECP payments.
This form is provided here for informational
purposes only. Producers must contact the local County FSA Office to
