Support the planning, programming, and execution of the Sec. 1206 Train and Equip program in furtherance of

Development of POM planning guidance and resource programs for the Security Cooperation community
Development and analyses of sales forecasting with out-year resource planning for the Security Cooperation
community
Review and analyses of DoD and USG-wide strategic documents and initiatives, to include campaign plans and
support plans and assessments to determine agency equities and promulgate guidance
Oversight of DSCA’s implementation of DoD’s Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF) and other strategic
directive(s); development of the DSCA campaign support plan; assessments of Security Cooperation implementation
and follow-on reporting to senior DoD/OSD leadership
Coordination, integration, and synchronization of Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs, policies,
and strategies in support of global war on terrorism indirect operations
