SUBJECT: Announcement of OMB Approval for Annual Report on Appeals Process (RSA-722).


POLICY

STATEMENT: The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the continued use of the Annual Report on Appeals Process (RSA-722), through November 30, 2011. The OMB control number for this collection is 1820-0563. Copies of the form and instructions are attached to this Policy Directive


RSA uses the Annual Report on Appeals Process to meet the data collection requirements of Section 102(c)(8) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Information on transmittal of the RSA-722, including electronic transmission, is found on pages 14 through 16 of the reporting instructions. The form is due on or before November 30 each year.
