When OMB approved the first package in this series, ICR 2292.01, a partial approval was issued. The follow terms of clearance were issued:
"This approval covers only the pilot test program to be conducted in Colorado. The agency may resubmit this information collection request under this OMB Control Number to include the main test program without additional Federal Register notices."
EPA has made the revisions requested by OMB for the next step in the pilot test program. This change package includes the hours required to complete the next step of the pilot test program, as well as a revised supporting statement that addresses OMB's concerns.
