The following terms of clearance were issued by OMB when the renewal for 2060-0482 was approved:
"This ICR is partially approved. OMB is approving the information collection request that allows the CUE applications from regulated entities on an annual basis (previous OMB control number 2060-0482). OMB is not approving at this time the information collection request that allows the submission of data from regulated industries to the EPA and require recordkeeping of key documents to ensure compliance with the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (Protocol) and the CAA (previous OMB control number 2060-0564). EPA may resubmit the information collection request when (1) the descriptions of the data items in the supporting statement match the forms; (2) address the issue of ad hoc data request; and (3) provide the basis for the certification langauge."
EPA has revised the supporting statement to address the elements that affect this ICR, 2060-0564.
