INSTRUCTIONS ON COMPLETING FORM COC-30

GENERAL:

Use this form to report interhandler sales or purchases
of canned ripe olives. Delivering handler shall send a
copy (photocopy or carbon) of Form COC-30 to the
California Olive Committee at the time the fruit is
tran sferred. The 0 rig i n a I COC-30 shall be sent with the
shipment.
The receiving handler shall sign 0 rig i n a I COC30 upon receipt as verification of the shipment.
Or i gin a I Form COC-3D with both signatures shall then be
forwarded to the COC office.

statements or representations in any matter within the jurisdiction of any agency of the United
States, knowing it to be false, is a violation of Title 18 Section 1001, United States Code, which
provides for penalty of a fine of $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than five years or both.

Act of 1995. The authority for requesting this informationto be suppliedon this form is the AgriculturalMarketing AgreementAct of
1937, Sees. 1-19,48 Stat. 31, as amended, (7 U.S.C. 601-674). Furnishingthe requested information is necessary for the
administrationof the marketing order program.
