INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM RAC-33

The copy of this report shall be submitted to the RAC not later than Wednesday by
10:00 a.m. of each week as of the close of business on the preceding Saturday and
shall cover the disposition of all standard grade raisins recovered by the non-acquiring
handler by reconditioning off-grade raisins during the preceding week. The reports shall
be numbered consecutively for each crop year and shall be certified by a responsible
official of the handler. This report is concerned only with receipts reported on Form
RAC-31.

Show date received.

Item (3)

Enter number of applicable weight certificate.

Item (4)

Enter number of USDA inspection certificate.

Item (5)

Enter net weight of natural condition raisins.

Item (6)

Enter weight of standard raisins recovered from reconditioning off-grade
raisins.

Item (7)

Enter name of packer or other outlet to whom standard raisins were
delivered.

Item (8)

Show date delivered.

Item (9)

Enter totals of standard raisins recovered this week.

Item (10)

Enter totals of standard raisins recovered from the beginning of the
season through the reporting period.
