Please state purpose of the request for exemption:

In accordance with Sec. 989.60(c) the Committee may designate such raisins as it deems appropriate for production,
processing and Marketing research and development. The maximum period is fIVe(5) years and the maximum tonnage is
500 tons, unless extended and/or increased by the Secretary upon a recommendation of the Committee. If in any year the
volume of the tonnage applied for exceeds the maximum limit, the exemption is void and all such tonnage is subject to the
rules of the Federal Marketing Order 989.
