LUCA Liaison:

The Census Bureau is providing the enclosed CD-ROM with the 2010 Decennial Census
Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Program Feedback shapefiles for your
review. The shapefiles contain any spatial updates you submitted that were verified
during address canvassing, as well as any additional spatial features discovered by
canvassers.

The CD also contains a Readme file providing detailed information on the shapefiles and
the included shapefile layers. If you have any additional questions regarding these
materials, please call your Census Bureau Regional Census Center (RCC) at
1-866-511-5822.

If you received confidential Title 13 materials and have not returned or destroyed them,
please note that you must return to the Census Bureau or destroy all these materials from
the 2010 Decennial LUCA. This includes any copies you made during the review
process. Your LUCA liaison must verify the return or destruction of all confidential Title
13 materials by signing the Return/Destruction of Title 13, U.S.C. Materials form found
in this package or in Attachment B of your user guide. Additionally, all reviewers and
anyone with access to confidential Title 13 materials must sign this form.

Since you did not submit any address updates, this concludes your involvement with the
2010 Decennial Census LUCA program. Thank you for your participation. The Census
Bureau appreciates the time and effort you expended on ensuring that the address list for
your jurisdiction is complete and accurate.
