Your 2010 Decennial Census Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Program
Feedback materials should arrive within the next few weeks. To ensure the security of
the confidential Title 13 data, the Census Bureau’s feedback address list is contained
in an encrypted, self-extracting file. To open this file, you must enter the case sensitive
username and password listed below. The readme file, provided on the CD-ROM with
your LUCA feedback materials, provides detailed instructions on how to open the files
and documents the file formats.
