JUSTIFICATION OF CHANGE FOR 0648-0387
In the recently approved revision to this information collection, four of the CFR citations were either stated incorrectly or had typographical errors. The following changes have been made to the information collection instruments as part of this change request:
Vessel Register annual notification: from 50 CFR 216 to 50 CFR 300.
Notification prior to transfer of vessel to foreign registry and flag: from 50 CFR 216 to 50 CFR 300.
Tuna tracking: from 50 CFR CFR to 50 CFR 216.
Monthly tuna receiving reports: from 30 CFR 216 to 50 CFR 216.
