JUSTIFICATION
On December 9, 2008, OMB approved information collection 3060-0768 for a period of three years. The Commission realized that it miscalculated the total annual cost burden (#13 of the supporting statement) after it received OMB approval. The Commission is submitting a non-substantial change request and revised supporting statement to correct the total annual cost burden.
