Instructions for
IFQ REGISTERED BUYER EX-VESSEL VOLUME AND VALUE REPORT

GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of this report is to collect information from all Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Registered Buyers that operate
as a shoreside processor, so that NMFS Restricted Access Management (RAM) can establish a standard ex-vessel price
for IFQ halibut and sablefish. The standard price will be used to assess a fee from IFQ permit holders who choose not to
itemize their landings and receipts.
Please note that all shoreside processors that buy IFQ halibut or sablefish from IFQ fishermen must complete this form.
NOTE, if no ex-vessel sale occurs (e.g., if the processor accepted fish for special processing), do not include that sale on
this form. This form must include all pounds and associated value of any purchased IFQ landings made from March 15
through September 30 of the current year plus transactions that occurred during the last three months of last year.
The information must be sent no later than October 15:
