Justification of 83-C Submission Affecting the Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) and Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage (DENC) Collection Instruments
Due to numerous requests and the need to properly serve an expanding Hispanic Medicare clientele, we propose to translate the Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) and the Detailed Explanation of Non-Coverage (DENC) into Spanish (OMB approval number 0938-0910). These translations in no way result in changing the original language, meaning, purpose or parameters for using the NDMC or the NDP.
