USC 3101 Name of Law: Title VIII of the Alaska National
Interest Lands Conservation Act
Due to an error on the 83I that
we sent to OMB with our last renewal request, OMB approved 400
responses and 350 burden hours for this information collection. Our
supporting statement indicated 600 responses and 350 burden hours.
Based on our experience in administering this collection, we have
decreased the number of responses to 400 and reduced the annual
burden hours to 250. The time it takes to complete each form
remains unchanged.
