Other change** Changes in the application booklet are due to the program limitation of funding for the Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) as we are funding down our fiscal year 2008 slate which will eliminate the need for the SIP competition for 2009. Due to changes in the HEOA, more data is needed to be responded to by the Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities Program applicants to address the Indian student enrollment data for the formula data collection for applicants. The burden hours will not change for the TCCU applicants.
