The collection will allow the U.S.
Department of Education to: a) assess the overall quality of
activities that are being implemented by Safe and Drug Free Schools
and Communities Act (SDFSCA) State Grant Program grantees and b)
provide follow-up data for performance measures to meet Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the Program Accountability
Program Tool (PART) review requirements for the Program. The
respondents are public elementary and secondary personnel, school
district personnel, and prevention program developers.

This request is a reinstatement
with change of a previously approved collection for which approval
has expired. Three of the four instruments are shorter versions of
those previously approved. The fourth instrument (Program Developer
Protocol) is new.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
