On July 1, 2008 OMB approved ICR 2286.01 and assigned it OMB Control number 2060-0616.
The approval covered only the first component (the survey portion) of the ICR. After receiving facility-specific information under the first component of the ICR via the survey, OMB requested that EPA submit its sampling plan for the second component (the emissions testing) and a revised Part B to OMB. Under the Terms of Clearance from the preliminary approval, OMB gave EPA permission to resubmit this sampling plan and revised Part B under this OMB Control Number without additional Federal Register notices. This package includes the information requested by OMB on the second component of the collection.
