The Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act Branch made slight revisions to the form listed below. These changes will have no impact on the currently approved burden.

The following changes were made because applicants who should have used SCHEDULE A to calculate license fees used SCHEDULE B, and vice versa, thereby significantly impacting the amount of fees paid.

SCHEDULE A

Deleted the words “Includes:” and “All others see Schedule B” to read as follows:

SCHEDULE A (Brokers, Commission Merchants, Food Service, Growers, Grower’s Agent, Processors, Shippers, Truckers, and Wholesalers)

SCHEDULE B

Added the words “all others see Schedule A” to read as follows:

SCHEDULE B (Retailers and Grocery Wholesalers only, all others see Schedule A)
