The following changes were made because applicants who should have used SCHEDULE A to calculate license fees used SCHEDULE B, and vice versa, thereby significantly impacting the amount of fees paid.
SCHEDULE A
Deleted the words “Includes:” and “All others see Schedule B” to read as follows:
SCHEDULE A (Brokers, Commission Merchants, Food Service, Growers, Grower’s Agent, Processors, Shippers, Truckers, and Wholesalers)
SCHEDULE B
Added the words “all others see Schedule A” to read as follows:
SCHEDULE B (Retailers and Grocery Wholesalers only, all others see Schedule A)
