niosh does not accomplish very much worthwhile for the huge budget they get. i think this opinion survey is run so they get a good rating, even though they are not doing a good. job. office workers for example get highly toxic poisons from many office machines - niosh has done nothing about that bad air and poisons in the indoor air in offices too. these surveys always are rigged. why spend the money to do them?
