Comment to Initial 60-Day Notice
One public comment was received by B. Sachau on June 13, 2008 regarding the 60-Day Notice in the Federal Registry. The comment indicated that CDC has conducted surveys for the past 50 years and the commenter was opposed to using federal funds to fund another survey. The comment was general in nature and didn’t appear to relate specifically to this project.
A response was sent to B. Sachau on June 16, 2008 that acknowledged CDC had received the public comment and would give careful consideration to the comments provided.
The message was as follows:
Thank you for your comments concerning the CDC 60 Day Federal Register Notice for OMB No. Evaluation Models to Assess Patient Perspectives on Opt-out HIV testing in Clinical Settings.
