Taxpayers use Form 4810 to request a prompt assessment under IRC Section 6501(d). As a result of a reassignment of this form to a new office, the burden computation was recalculated using the Arthur D Little formula. The form was redesigned with the addition of 23 line items and 3 code references. These changes resulted in a total burden increase of 22,800 hours.
