10. Abstract:

In response to Title XII of the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009,” HUD is collecting information from eligible grantees (States, metropolitan cities, urban counties and territories) to ensure that statutory requirements are satisfied prior to grant agreement and release of funds regarding the distribution and administration of funds and the monitoring and oversight of the funds by the grantee of sub-grantees. The information collected will also ensure that grant recipients are coordinating with already established community homelessness resources and following its citizen participation and public comment plan prior to submission of the information to HUD.
