Other Changes: Other Changes: The FSA 2254A is an optional form to supplement FSA-2254, Guaranteed Loan Report of Loss. This new form will assist FSA Guaranteed Lenders in gathering and organizing the necessary information needed for Loss Claim Report Types 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7. The optional FSA 2254A addresses issues from questions and concerns that are received from lenders preparing the FSA 2254. Use of the optional form will eliminate these questions and any confusion on the lender’s part and will increase the likelihood of the form being properly completed at the time of initial submission; thereby eliminating delays in the processing and payment of loss claims. The FSA 2254A will also assist FSA Guaranteed Lenders in completing the new automated loss claim process within FSA’s Guaranteed Loan System, resulting in faster turnaround time with loan servicing actions.
