ITA currently collects quantitative
client satisfaction data and wishes to continue to supplement this
data with descriptive qualitative data. ITA plans to collect
qualitative client satisfaction data to: investigate client
satisfaction trends, obtain an understanding of the exporting needs
of various exporter segments and obtain opinions on service
improvements.
The program burden was reduced
because some 2 hour focus group discussions were replaced with 45
minute personal interviews and reduced the time for remaining focus
groups from 2 hours to an average of 75 minutes by streamlining the
discussion topics.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
