The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• There has been a decrease in burden for this collection. (Number of Respondents, Annual Time, and Annual Cost)

• TSA previously requested to seek approval for an automated claims submission system. At this time TSA is not seeking approval on this system. Therefore, this system is not included for approval. TSA will continue to collect this information through email and USPS.

• A correction has been made via ROCIS to the Annual Cost Burden. The previously approved submission’s cost was $9,360.00. ROCIS currently demonstrates the collection was previously approved for $9,360,000.00. Therefore, the decrease in the Annual Cost Burden shows a significant reduction. (See Attached NOA from previous approval)
