JUSTIFICATION FOR THE NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0386
The Commission is in the process of releasing a Public Notice in which the following information collection requirements (two new forms) will be adopted by the Commission. They are as follows:
(1) Revocation of Early Analog Termination Form to allow stations to revoke a planned early termination and instead transition on the June 12 transition date. The form elements were attached to the Third R&O, FCC 09-19, and these elements have not been changed.
(2) Update to Analog Termination Form to allow stations to update their Analog Termination Form to change their (i) time of day for termination and/or (ii) consumer referral telephone number. The Analog Termination Form was attached to the Third R&O, FCC 09-19. The Update does not contain any new data elements, but only permits updates to the two previously noted items (i and ii, above) on that form.
OMB approval for the forms is needed.
