Note to Reviewer:
This is to confirm the decision reached at our meeting today regarding the incentives to be used for the remainder of the baseline data collection in the Impact Evaluation of the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program. Major findings from the experiment conducted since early September are found in the attached memo from Mathematica Policy Research, the subcontractor for the evaluation. As per our discussion today, the final incentive regime for the baseline survey will be:
For Group A - new cases: $25
For Group A – existing cases: $50 (at MPR’s discretion)
For Groups B-D: $50.
