Other changes** In order to serve its clients better, HUD desires to request an extended expiration date for the attached HUD-1 form. There are no changes to the form other than to the expiration date, which is currently 11/30/2009. We request an expiration date of 12/31/2010, after which time the form will be obsolete, replaced by the new HUD-1 pursuant to Appendix A of 24 CFR Part 3500 and recently approved per the attached NOA.
