RELEASE OF GROWER PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Approval

is hereby granted to the Prune Marketing Committee to

release California prune production information for any grower tonnage
delivered to us. This approval is contingent upon the grower submitting a
written request to the Prune Marketing Committee authorizing the release
of production information to the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation under
the Risk Management Agency, the Farm Service Agency or other agencies of
the U.S. Government.

This authorization is granted to the Prune Marketing

Committee until canceled in writing.
