VIDALIA® ONION HANDLER REPORT


All handlers must complete and return to the Vidalia® Onion Committee office a shipping report filed monthly in accordance with Section 955.42 of the Marketing Order for Vidalia® Onions Grown in Georgia. Reports must be submitted each month following the first shipment of the season until a final report is filed at the end of the season including months in which no onions were packed. Assessments are due with the filing of this report.

The authority for requesting this information to be supplied on this form is the Agriculture Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, Sect. 1-19, 48 Stat. 31, as amended, (7 U.S.C. 601-674). Furnishing the required information is necessary for the administration of the marketing order program.
