Comments on the annual burden related to the proposed changes to
the PATH reporting requirements

Reporting on all persons served with PATH Federal and matching State funds.
No additional burden
•
The number of staff persons who are consumers, peer providers, or
prosumers supported by PATH Federal and State matching funds. (Table A)

The number of enrolled consumers placed into housing (Transitional,
Supportive, or Permanent). (Table C)

The number of Enrolled consumers who were assisted with successfully
obtaining income benefits (SSI, SSDI, VA, etc.) (Table C)

The number of Enrolled consumers who were assisted with successfully
obtaining or increasing their earned income (employment). (Table C).
