The Commission has received two sets of comments with regard to its Paperwork Reduction Act publication in the February 27, 2009 Federal Register.
In response to these comments the Commission has modified the form in three respects. First, the Commission has modified the burden associated with the collection of this information increasing its estimate from 2 hours to 40 hours for commercial respondents. The burden on individual respondents remains the same. Second, the Commission has removed section 12.3.5 from the form. Third, the Commission has removed sections 12.1.2 and 12.2.2 from the form.
