Statement regarding non-material change to 1205-0245:
Although there was no change in the number of responses (47,160), an inadvertent mistake was made which caused the NOA of August 31, 2006, to state that 500,000 additional responses were requested and approved. Thus the non-material change requested today is to remove the 500,000 additional responses, which were never sought, and to restore the new responses approved at 47,160 – the same number previously approved.
