Supplementary Justification
For Non-Substantive Change
Some minor changes were made to form 8130-12, “Eligibility Statement: Amateur Built Aircraft”. There is no change to the form layout, only the verbage in Part III of the form. In Part III, the changes were required due to the changes in FAA order 8130.2 to be released on 8/1/2009. The other change in Part III are under the "Notice" portion and mirror the changes to U.S. Code, Title 18, Sec. 1001, since the last approval of this form.
