Justification for Nonmaterial/Nonsubstantive Change

The DOL seeks approval of non-material/non-substantive changes that (1) add two simple “yes/no” answer questions (items 12 and 13) to Form WH-226 that will add no measurable respondent burden but will provide the agency with important information to ensure workers with disabilities receive full protection under the Fair Labor Standards Act when they are paid special minimum wages, (2) add a telephone number that respondents with questions about Form 226 may call, and (3) make minor editorial changes to enhance the public burden statement on Forms WH-226 and WH-226A.
