Once the case is resolved, the system automatically returns you to the first stage of information input for a verification.
Note: The system will accept two formats for the input of the SSN (xxx-xx-xxxx) or (xxxxxxxxx). However, there is no notation of this on the website.
Note: The case resolution screen is the same regardless of the type of resolution (invalid query, self terminated or resolved authorized)
This is the screen presented when you attempt to return to case details once you have exited out of it

This screen only appears when the case will not be resolved authorized
This screen appears when the company has “initiated SSA referral”
Note: The Resolved Authorized option is grayed out in cases of an SSA TNC
This is the enlargement of the picture provided in Photo Tool
When the “Mail Paper Copy” option is chosen this screen appears to be printed and mailed in with the copy of the employee’s “documents”
