Justification for Change in ROCIS Supplementary Documents, as of 7/7/2009
The justification for merging the 2 OMB control nos. has attached to it current versions of both 18CFR 2.20 and 18CFR 36.1. As a result, the former attachment of 18CFR 2.20 was deleted; no substantive change was made to 18CFR 2.20.
The version from 2006 of the FERC-716A supporting statement was inadvertently attached. It was deleted and replaced with the most recent 2009 version.
16USC424l was added because it relates to the current FERC-716A that is being incorporated into FERC-716.
